What this service is, and what it is not

We provide self-service document preparation. You answer a structured questionnaire about a notice you have received from a government agency, and we generate a response document based on your answers and on that agency's published procedure.

We are not a law firm, a tax practice, or an accountancy firm. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice, and using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship. We are not affiliated with the IRS, OSHA, EEOC, FMCSA, ICE, any state tax authority, any licensing board, or any other government agency.

You remain responsible for what you file and when you file it. Read the document before you send it, check that it matches your situation, and confirm your deadline against the agency's own notice. If your situation is serious, get a licensed professional. Several of our documents say so directly.

Accuracy

Our content is compiled from public agency sources, and figures on this site link to the source they came from. Rules and dollar thresholds change, sometimes without notice. We do not warrant that any document will achieve a particular outcome, that an agency will accept it, or that a deadline stated here is the one that applies to you.

Payment

Every purchase is a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, after your free summary.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Sales tax and VAT, where they apply, are handled by Paddle.

Delivery and access

Your document is generated once payment completes and is emailed to the address you gave us, as a PDF attachment plus a private download link. There are no accounts. That link is the only durable way back to your document, so treat it like the document itself: anyone holding it can download the file. The page you land on straight after payment can also serve the document to that same browser.

Documents, along with the answers behind them, are deleted automatically 90 days after purchase. Save your copy before then.

Acceptable use

Buy for your own matter or your own business. Do not resell, republish, or redistribute our documents or guides, scrape the site, or use it to provide services to third parties without our written agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for penalties, interest, missed deadlines, adverse agency decisions, or lost profits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you bought it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the seller is established.
